THE ROLE

The CEO will lead fundraising, enterprise sales, MSP channel development, and strategic partnerships. ARRAC has a working platform, early traction, and a clear commercial roadmap. What it needs is someone who has been here before — at the specific scale and sector we are targeting for exit.

Appointment is conditional on pre-seed close. The CEO will be a co-architect of that raise.

THE CREDENTIAL

One specific credential defines this role: prior experience scaling technology startups to nine-figure exit valuations. This track record at the precise scale ARRAC is targeting dramatically de-risks commercial execution and investor confidence.

Head of Engineering

THE ROLE

Will lead the engineering function post-pre-seed, delivering the Q3–Q4 2026 roadmap — SOC 2 technical controls, Slack and Teams approval workflows, and the testing infrastructure required before MSP partner onboarding begins.

Reports to CTO. Appointment from an existing network of trusted senior engineers; candidates currently under active evaluation.

THE CREDENTIAL

The platform is a multi-tenant SaaS product serving enterprise clients. The Head of Engineering must have delivered this before — not adjacent to it. Multi-tenant architecture, enterprise security standards, and the operational discipline that comes from running production systems at scale.

NON-NEGOTIABLE

Successfully delivered a multi-tenant SaaS product serving enterprise clients. Prior track record at this specific scale and architecture pattern is required.
